I received a fuel line repair from Lewis Electronics yesterday. The shop was clean and organized. The customer service was great. They informed me of my options and the service they were available to provide. Their prices are fair and standard to most auto repair shops for quality service. I received a 1 year warranty on the work that was performed and I'm very satisfied with the results. And I recommend if you choose this auto repair shop for services to bring cash, because they do charge an additional fee when using a debit or credit credit for payment to avoid the additional fee.

I brought my vehicle here for a specific electrical repair. I paid a $149 upfront fee via PayPal under the explicit, verbal agreement that the money would be credited directly toward the final repair solution.Once they had my money and my keys, the owner completely tried to changed the billing terms. When I held him to his original word, he became highly combative and aggressively threatened to slap an unauthorized 20% financial penalty onto my final bill simply because he told me I was being agitated because I was questioning his pricing adjustments. They then held my vehicle for four days for a standard one-hour wiring repair while completely abandoning professional communication and refusing to provide status updates. I ultimately had to retrieve my vehicle myself also look closely at the half way Job having wires like that is very dangerous but a formal consumer complaint has been filed with the Ohio Attorney General regarding their deceptive trade practices I also have an audio clip of the owner threatening me twice to charge me $100 for nothing and didn't let me sign any paperwork just told me to get my keys and leave!!πŸ₯Ί .If you are looking for an honest mechanic who honors t

Not very welcoming I don't know maybe they're being overworked and just come off as snobby but anyway I will be taking my business elsewhere! Iam done spending my money where I feel as if you don't want me there considering those pictures from 1932 I believe you wouldn't have wanted to service me back then and I doubt you want to NOW I don't know if much changed mentally for you guys? But it's 2026

First and foremost if i couldve scored lower, i wouldve. They fast talked my mother and even offered to purchase her car for the cost of the repairs which was $1800; she has about 40000 miles on this vehicle. What she took her car in for was hopefully resolved........stay tuned but they also promised her her car would past the AIMs test and of course that didn't happen. After $800 in sensors that we didn't take her car their for, he states it was the purge valve. Now if this was an issue before you started, why didn't your machine detect this originally? After I mentioned this to him, he said I was calling him a thief and although I didn't say that if the shoe fits wear it.

I walked in to ask a question. Before I can get my question out to the elderly woman. Looks like she should be in a nursing home. The appearance of the shop and the woman appearance wasn't clean, it was very dusty in there. No customer service at all. I'll never go back in that place again. And also I was told that the person that could do it wasn't there and it was going to be over $100 to get a new key fod connected to my truck. I want somewhere else that was clean, curious, professional and got it done for way less. With great service.
